What is LevlUp?

LevlUp is a gaming drink designed specifically for the needs of gamers. The high-quality ingredients in our gaming drink are meant to strengthen reaction and to give long-lasting focus during your gaming sessions - all without any effect of habituation!

How much LevlUp is in one tub?

One tub contains 320 grams of LevlUp, from which you can mix up to 40 servings of LevlUp. If you mix the recommended daily serving (8g) with 500ml of water, you can treat yourself to a whopping 20 liters of beverage!

Why are the tubs only half full?

The fill level of the tub is limited for technical reasons. When filling up the tub, the powder is not always evenly distributed. To ensure the proper application of the foil, a minimum distance from the powder to the rim has to be ensured. Nevertheless, your tub will always contain 320 grams of LevlUp.

Which flavour should I choose?

We currently offer 11 different flavours - that's a great selection and it's impossible to say which is best. Tastes vary a lot, so we created our LevlUp SamplePack, which includes five of our most loved flavours.

Can I drink LevlUp for sports or studying?

LevlUp’s gaming drink was specifically developed and adjusted to the needs of gamers. However, you can drink LevlUp while exercising or learning, as you are likely to benefit from long-lasting concentration and improved reactions.

How much LevlUp can I drink daily and what is the age requirement?

The daily consumption is 1 x 8 grams (8 grams = one heaped scoop). This recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Note: Contains caffeine (250 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, people sensitive to caffeine, pregnant women, or women who are nursing. The product is no substitute to a healthy lifestyle and well-balanced diet. As a rule, it is not advised to consume caffeinated products as minors under the age of 16 years.

Can I participate in an already expired sale?

Our sales and special deals are only valid for a limited period of time - subsequent participation or issuing of coupon codes is not possible. Our recommendation to you is: Sign up to our newsletter and don’t miss any news or great sales!

 

Payment / Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

We ship your order immediately after receipt of payment. Then it usually takes only 2-5 workdays to deliver to your door. Please keep in mind that we also have limited shipping capacity and there may be delays in the handling of multiple simultaneous orders. You will automatically receive a shipping notification with the tracking data as soon as your parcel has been handed over to DHL. If you gave a wrong address or forgot information (for example you may have forgotten your house number or gave us the wrong postal code) please contact us as soon as possible, otherwise there might be delays.

How can I ship to a packing station?

In order to send your package to a packing station, please note your personal postal number (usually a 8 to 9 digit-code) + "Packing-station" + the number of your preferred packing station in the address lines. For example:

For postal code and city, please enter the respective details of the packing station.

There might have been an error with my order / I do not see my order.

We strive to ensure that your order is processed properly and that any errors are corrected automatically. However, if an error appears while ordering or if you do not see your order in your customer account, please contact info@levlup.de with the following information:

  • the item(s) you ordered
  • whether / which discount code you used
  • which payment method you used

How long does it take to pay by bank transfer?

It depends on your bank. Usually it takes between 2-5 business days until payment is received. Please only enter the payment reference sent to you by email as reference on the transfer form, so that we can match your order to it. If you have not received a notification of shipment after one week, please contact info@levlup.de.

What does it mean if an item is out of stock?

We strive to always stock all flavours in our logistics center. However, with large volumes of orders or delays in manufacturing, your favourite taste may be temporarily out of stock. We will immediately inform all newsletter subscribers about re-availability, so sign up for the newsletter!

How long does it take for an item to be in stock again?

While the exact amount of time until an item is in stock again differs, it usually takes about 1-2 weeks for an item to become available again.

I want to cancel my order, what do I have to do?

If you really want to cancel your order, please contact us at info@levlup.de. It may be that your cancellation request does not reach us in time and the order might have already been packed and handed over to DHL.

I would like to return my order, what should I do?

If you want to return an order, please print out your order confirmation, attach it to your shipment and send your return request to info@levlup.de. Please note that we can only take back new and unopened goods.

How long will it take to process my return?

Our products are not ordinary return items such as e.g. clothes. That's why we bundle the few returns we get. For this reason, it may take a few days for your return to be processed.
